Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong 

Qi Gong is energy cultivation and self motivated healing.

Longevity, Youthing, Acute healing, and complete wellness maintenance are each aided and enhanced by the daily habits of a Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice. Ideal for self-intervention and guidance using internal strength, balance and control.

Qi Gong concepts focus on the internal body healing and cultivation.

Tai Chi extends those concepts to the external movement areas of the body and ultimately has martial applications.

Both are practiced in FORMS and each FORM has many individual Forms. For example, Classic 24 FORM Tai Chi Yang Style, has 24 individual Forms, and several Forms within are combinations of 3 to 4 Forms of Qi Gong.

This concept of progression is both natural and fundamental to a pure understanding and use of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong concepts.
