Berry Nut Instant Oatmeal (1 Serving)
Add instant oats, freeze-dried berries, nuts, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sugar to a mason jar. If you do this in advance, make sure it is tightly sealed. When it's time to eat, pour the boiling liquid over the oat mixture and stir to combine. Let rest for 3-4 minutes. It's time to eat! |
