Our Health Audits consider the many aspects of health & fitness; age, activity level, current health status, prior health history and lifestyle/environment.  This gives us the ability to deliver an educated and actionable game-plan.

Our health audits allow us to take a personalized look at what's going on with YOUR fitness & nutrition; to pinpoint things you may not see. We can then make recommendations and offer valuable tools, resources and simple solutions to help you succeed. 


Fitness Audit

A fitness audit will present an accurate picture of your current fitness level, appropriate starting intensities and creates a baseline for goal setting. It will help assist is in developing a healthy, safe and sustainable fitness program. All fitness audit include access to our Fitness Training & Therapy App.


How it works:

  • Complete a detailed questionnaire & health history to give us a clear understanding of your health goals, where you are now and what you may be struggling with.
  • Complete a series of simple movements via video so we evaluate your current fitness level, assess postural alignment, analyze movement, assess flexibility and look for any limitations.
  • After receipt of questionnaire and video, we'll review your info and within 3-5 business days you will get your Fitness Audit Plan.

Nutrition Audit

A nutrition audit provides you with a comprehensive, personalized report on how to improve your diet and supplements to better reach your health goals. It considers multiple dietary factors such as food preferences, intolerances, allergies, and specific health conditions.   All nutrition audits include access to our Customized Meal Planning App


How it works: 

  • Complete a detailed questionnaire to give us a clear understanding of your nutrition goals and what you feel like you're struggling with.
  • Track your food intake, water intake, and sleep for 3-5 days.
  • After receipt of questionnaire and food log, we'll review your info and within 3-5 business days you will get your Nutrition Audit Plan.

I'm a workout newbie. Will I be able to complete the workouts?

Our programs are designed for all fitness levels and each plan includes step-by-step Instructions and how-to videos of all exercises

I'm coming off/nursing an injury and not sure where to start. Will this help?

Our therapy-based programs SAFELY builds up weaknesses, imbalances and prepare clients to transition into a regular fitness programs.

Ready to start a program, can you help me determine which one is best?

Not EVERY type of training is good for EVERYONE.  You may have imbalance/weakness preventing you from getting the most from your workouts. Worse over, it may lead to an injury.

What if I travel frequently or don't have access to a gym?

Programs are designed round your equipment availability.  Whether you have no to limited access to a  gym or travel frequently, we can create solid programs based around body-weight exercises or the limited equipment.  

With a modest investments of few pieces of equipment like resistance bands, stability balls or other apparatus you can gain great benefits and reach your goals faster.

Since our programs and platforms are mobile, the programming, coaching and accountability go where you go.

Can the meal plans accommodate different medical requirements?

Yes. The conditions we can plan menus for are:

    Vegetarian, Paleo, vegan or keto? No problem, as avoidances such as animal products (meat, eggs, or dairy), as well as grains, legumes, corn, avocado, cilantro (coriander) and nightshades can also be accounted for.

    Do I HAVE TO track my intake?

    Absolutely! What gets measured gets managed. Writing down every detail of your diet provides a much more accurate picture of your actual intake and is very helpful in finding things in your diet that may be holding you back, like an extra 300+ calories in coffee creamer you didn't notice from those, M&M you snatch from your co-workers desk daily or that "handful" of nuts which is actually 3 servings; not 1. If you're having issues gaining weight, seeing just how much you're NOT eating can be very enlightening.

    Will tracking my intake be too time consuming?

    No. One thing you'll realize once you start tracking your intake is that we are not as unique as we think we are and tend to eat the same things on a regular basic.  If you use a digital tracking option like MyFitnessPass, it will be even more noticeable as your most frequently used items will pop up to the top for easy entry.

    What if I have a family to cook for?

    We understand that concern and you are not alone. While this audit and meal plan is designed to address only YOUR specific needs, we hope that it will give you a chance to share healthy eating with everyone in the family. 

    While you will only be able to select one Eating Lifestyle (Healthy Diet, Weight management, Diabetic, Celiac, etc.) , you can  set avoidances and preferences for others in the household.  So if there's a food allergy or "no-go" items, all recipes will be free from those items.

    You can  You can set energy needs for any family member according to their lifestyle including exercise that then maps to 1 serving, 1.5 serving, 2 serving, etc. and that naturally scales the recipes and grocery list.

    During setup, you'll be able to tell us who will be eating with you. For example, will everyone will be eating the same thing you are? Will you will be having lunch a family member a few days a week? The platform will allow you to specify who will be eating, what meals you will share and with who. It will update the quantities on your recipes, shopping lists and leftover preferences.


    What is included under the “nightshades” group?

  • Capsicum family (all bell peppers, chili peppers, jalapeno, cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder, and Tabasco, Pimento, habanero, etc.)

    If you got what you needed from the Nutrition Audit and simply want the stay on the app, you can maintain your account for a low as $33/mo.

    Why is the platform access a month if the meal plan is 2-weeks?

    • The 2-week meal plan with be a dietician created sample menu that you can download and follow step-by-step for as long a you'd like. However, over the first 2-weeks we'll also be providing tips and strategies to teach you how to build your own menus.  The second 2-weeks is your time to practice what you learned.
