AT HOME ROUTINES TO KEEP THE GOOD GOING.  On non-class days you get maintenance and recovery routines (requiring little to no special equipment) delivered via our phone app. These routines are designed to support the in studio work while giving your body a way to "actively" recover between classes.

SUPPORTIVE ACCOUNTABILITY - WHAT GETS MEASURED GETS MANAGED. In  addition to the weekly weigh-ins and photos, each participant will receive a Body Composition Assessment at the beginning and end of the program [ Weight, Body Fat%, Muscle Mass%, Hydration & BMI]

DAILY FOCUS AND INSPIRATION. Our daily check-in emails are designed to keep you motivated and on track with YOUR goals.
