SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION CALL

On the call we'll review your goals, needs, current fitness status and past injuries. Then we'll decide together which of our programs will help you reach your goals the fastest. (1-on-1 Training, Small Group Classes, Kick-Start Programs or Customized Online Coaching).

COMPLETE  ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE

If it turns out you need a more customized programs, we'll start working on a plan for you. It will include both health, nutrition & lifestyle questionnaires as well as a physical assessment (strength, flexibility, posture and range of motion). 

PROGRAM AND GET BUSY

With the assessment information we'll create a plan custom to your fitness goals, needs & ability level.  Once your training and nutrition plans are ready, you'll get access to our Mobile Training App where you’ll download your plans, track your progress,  check in with your coach and answer all your questions.

Everyone's fitness journey is different. For that reason we offer classes for YOUTH, TEENS, ADULTS and SENIORS looking to maintain daily health, burn calories or loss weight. All moves modified to fit YOUR fitness levels and GOALS.
