So you might have a task from 8am - 845am to “Emails / Messages” and another task from 8:45am to 10:15am to “Project Time,” and so on.


By time blocking your calendar, you not only set aside blocks of time to handle projects,  but it prevents you from be interrupted and being subject to context switching; shifting from one unrelated task to another.
